This policy explains the information used to run the Karoma storefront and fulfill orders.
Information used
When you order or contact Karoma, information can include your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, ordered products, and support messages. The site and its hosting providers can also process basic device, browser, security, and request-log information needed to operate the storefront.
Payments
Payments are completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Karoma receives order and payment-status information needed to fulfill the order, but does not receive or store your full card number.
How information is used
Information is used to process and deliver orders, send receipts and service updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain the site, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Karoma does not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Karoma shares only the information needed with service providers such as Stripe, the storefront host, and delivery carriers. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
For a privacy question or a request to access, correct, or delete information, email paden@karomascent.com. Some order records may need to be retained where required for tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
