Delivery

Standard delivery is free and typically arrives in 3–4 business days. Express delivery is $5.99 and typically arrives in 1–2 business days. Available destinations and the final delivery option are confirmed in Stripe Checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or severe weather can affect arrival.

Returns

Karoma offers free returns within 14 days after your product is received. To begin a return, email paden@karomascent.com with your order email or receipt.

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong product arrives, include a clear photo so support can resolve it quickly. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time can vary.
